Working Principle

The working principle of the EPRO PR9376/010-011 speed sensor is mainly based on physical effects,such as electromagnetic induction,photoelectric effect or piezoelectric effect.When the metal gears,racks and other moving parts of the mechanical equipment pass through the front end of the sensor,the magnetic field changes.The density of the magnetic lines passing through the Hall element will change accordingly,thereby generating a Hall potential.The Hall element converts the Hall potential into an alternating electrical signal,and the sensor’s built-in circuit adjusts and amplifies the signal,and finally outputs a rectangular pulse signal.
