ABB 88FT05C-E 88FT05 GJR2393100R1200 Station-Bus Coupling Module is used in stations that belong to a PROCONTROL system.

In conjunction with the remote bus coupling module 88FT05, it is used to couple a PROCONTROL station to a remote bus.

In addition, the module controls all actions required to exchange data within a PROCONTROL station.

The connection of the station bus to the PROCONTROL remote bus can be single or dual channel!

When installed in a stand-alone station, the module performs the functions of a bus control module.

The module uses module address 60 or 61 (depending on whether it is used in single or dual channel mode) and module address 62

The module can be inserted into any slot of the PROCON-TROL cabinet. However, in standard cabinets, a reserved slot is provided.

Error-free telegram transmission between 88Tk05 and older PROCONTROL modules located at the same station can only be ensured if these modules were manufactured after 1987 (serial numbers 9xx8 and higher).
