General Electric IS200TREGH1BDB Trip Emergency Termination Board

The IS200TREGH1BDB is a turbine emergency trip terminal block. The TREG is completely controlled by the I/O controller, handling the positive side of the DC power required to operate these solenoids. The terminal block complements the TREG by providing the necessary negative side of the DC power to ensure coordinated and balanced power distribution to the solenoids. Most of the space in the middle of the IS200TREGH1BDB is taken up by a bank of large relays or contactors. These relays/contactors are arranged in two long lines, each with six elements. These elements are placed in pairs, parallel to each other from top to bottom. Up to three trip solenoids can be interconnected between the trip relay solenoid generator and the trip relay generator terminal block. This arrangement forms a vital connection in the system's emergency trip mechanism.
