Product Description
ABB PM861AK01 3BSE018157R1 processor unit. Its CPU board integrates a microprocessor, RAM, real-time clock, LED indicators, initialization button and CompactFlash interface. The baseboard of the PM861A controller has two RJ45 Ethernet ports (CN1, CN2) for connecting to the control network and two RJ45 serial ports (COM3, COM4), of which COM3 is an RS-232C port with modem control signals and COM4 is an isolated port for connecting to the configuration tool.
The controller supports CPU redundancy, covering CPU, CEX-Bus, communication interface and S800 I/O. The unique sliding and locking mechanism facilitates installation and removal on the DIN rail, and each baseboard has a unique Ethernet address as a hardware identification.
