GE DS200TCCBG1BED is a general-purpose expansion analog I/O board manufactured by GE Mark V. It can scale and condition the additional analog I/O signals read from the TBCB terminal board installed in the core and the TCEB board in the core, such as processing 4-20 mA/0-1 mA input, thermal resistor signals, generator and bus voltage input, line current input, etc.; it can also transmit the scaled and conditioned signals to the STCA board through the 3PL connector to provide accurate analog data for the control system;

Fuctions & Features

  • Scaling and conditioning: DS200TCCBG1B scales and conditions various analog signals from the terminal board and TCEB board, such as 4 - 20 mA/0 - 1 mA input, thermal resistor (RTD) signal, generator and bus voltage input, and line current input.
  • Signal transmission: DS200TCCBG1B board transmits the scaled and conditioned signals to STCA board through 3PL connector, providing accurate analog data for the control system.
  • Power distribution function: DS200TCCBG1B distributes power from the core TCPS board through 2PL connector, providing power support for the normal operation of itself and related components.
