DS200TCRAG1A is one of the components of GE Mark V LM series gas turbine control system. As a relay output board of digital I/O core, it is designed for Speedtronic turbine control system. This board realizes switch control through up to 30 relays (K1-K30), and is mainly used in gas turbine fuel valve control, ignition transformer management, emergency shutdown system, etc.
Function & Features
- Solenoid valve drive: The first 18 relays in position 4 (Q51) can be configured as solenoid valve power supply, and the first 16 relays in position 5 (Q11/Q51) support the same configuration.
- High voltage control: DS200TCRAG1A provides 120/240V AC power (from PD core) through J19/J20 connector, and wet contact output #47-#48 is dedicated to high voltage loads such as ignition transformers.
- Control command source: TCDA digital core board writes relay action commands
