Woodward 9905-971 16-Ch Discrete Input Module

Woodward 9905-971 is a discrete input module that provides 16 channels of discrete input and supports 24Vdc voltage input. It has relay output function and normally open/normally closed contact configuration.

9905-971 is installed in the card rail of the control chassis and can be quickly deployed through the motherboard connection. It is fixed by top/bottom screws and the front handle can be pushed to disconnect the motherboard connection. The 4-module group can manage 24 inputs. Its advantages include fully isolated input, multiple relay redundant design and advanced potential fault detection function.

Features

• Internal power supply: Connect terminals 33-35 via jumper wires and use the built-in 24Vdc power supply.

• External power supply: Supports 18-32Vdc or 100-150Vdc power supply. The common end of the external power supply needs to be connected to terminals 34-35.

• Redundant relay group: Each output consists of 6 independent relays, using series-parallel topology. Even if a single relay fails, the output status will not be affected.

• Contacts are optional: support normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) configuration
