Product Description
ABB 81ET03M - E GJR2389800R1210 input module can be plugged into any PROCONTROL station with a redundant 24 V power supply and is equipped with a standard interface to the PROCONTROL station bus. The module sends the converted input signals in the form of telegrams via the station bus to the PROCONTROL bus system. The telegrams are checked before being sent and are marked with a test mark to ensure trouble-free transmission to the receiving module.

Multiple sensor types supported
- ABB 81ET03M-E supports multiple thermocouple types, such as PtRh - Pt (compliant with DIN IEC 584), NiCr - Ni (compliant with DIN IEC 584, version P0002 and above) and other thermocouples of different specifications.
- ABB 81ET03M-E supports multiple resistance thermometers (RTDs), including Pt 100 (compliant with DIN IEC 751), Ni 100 (compliant with DIN 43760), etc.
- ABB 81ET03M-E supports differential temperature sensors, such as NiCr - Ni and Fe - CuNi thermocouples, as well as special potentiometer sensors.
Independent monitoring capability
Each measuring circuit can be monitored individually, allowing the system to detect and respond to faults at the individual circuit level. Up to four limit signals can be generated for each measured value.
Error and interference indication
ABB 81ET03M-E has ST (general interference) indicator to indicate interference in module operation or input signal; SG (module interference) indicator is used to indicate problems inside the module.
