ICS T9451 digital output module is an 8-channel digital output module that supports 1A @ 32V DC load switching capability and has voltage/current monitoring, reverse current protection, and short/open circuit detection functions. Its design complies with the Fail-Safe principle to prevent output channels from being "stuck" or malfunctioning.
Function & Features
- The T9451 features voltage and load current monitoring, and each channel has overload protection (activated when the load exceeds the safety limit).
- The T9451 has no single point of failure that can cause a "stuck on" risk, and the outputs can be shut down normally as required.
- The T9451 supports short-circuit and open-circuit monitoring for all output channels.
- The processor module of the T9451 performs a test sequence for each output channel, checking the "stuck on" or "stuck off" state of the switch pair.
