General Electric IC200ALG266 Analog Input Module
Product Description
GE IC200ALG266 is a GE Versamax analog input module that provides 15 current input interfaces. This module operates without an external power supply (the user transceiver does require an external power supply), relies on the CPU or NIU for intelligent processing, and provides 15 words of analog input data. As an upgrade to the IC200ALG263/264, the IC200ALG266 features enhanced safety certifications and supports TUV-certified GMR safety systems.
Function & Features
Input Current Protection
If the 24V power supply is incorrectly connected, the IC200ALG266 module automatically limits the input current to ≤40mA (typically 30mA) to prevent damage.
Power-Off Protection
When the IC200ALG266 module loses power, it automatically disconnects the input circuit, preventing external sensors from misinterpreting an "open circuit fault."
A/D Converter Fault Detection
A hardware fault alarm is triggered when the deviation exceeds ±6% (requiring a power-off reset).
