Honeywell 900A01-0102 Analog Input Module

Honeywell 900A01-0102 is a universal analog input module that supports up to 8 user-configurable input points for signal types such as thermocouples (TC), thermal resistors (RTD), resistors, voltage (V), millivolts (mV), current (mA), or rheostats. The module has point-to-point isolation and backplane isolation functions, and can synchronize CPU control execution for analog-to-digital conversion, eliminating data exchange delays. All analog input modules are processed in parallel, and adding new modules does not increase scan time.

Function & Features

• A single module supports 8 user-configurable input points, supporting signals such as thermocouples (including cold junction compensation), RTD (PT100, 3-wire, maximum 40Ω balanced), resistance (10Ω to 6500Ω), voltage (V/mV), current (mA), and rheostat.

• Thermocouple inputs have built-in cold junction compensation (CJC) to automatically correct the effect of ambient temperature on the measurement.

• RTD inputs support 3-wire wiring to balance line resistance errors.

• The rheostat input supports resistances from 100 to 6500Ω, with a single-ended resistance of up to 10% of the total resistance (e.g., a 6500Ω rheostat allows 650Ω single-ended).
