General Electric IS220PVIBH1A Vibration Monitor
Product Description
The IS220PVIBH1A is a vibration monitor from the GE Mark Vie series. This module can communicate via multi-channel sensor input and Ethernet. For example, it can monitor shaft vibration and eccentricity in gas or steam turbines, or check for looseness or wear on machinery.
Note:When replacing a module, the controller automatically sends the configuration file and no manual configuration is required.
Function & Features
Multi-channel Sensors
- Channels 1-8: Supports: Eddy-current sensors (proximitors) (displacement/broadband vibration), output accelerometers (channels 1-3 only), velocity sensors (velomitors), and low-frequency vibration sensors (seismic).
- Channels 9-12: Supports only eddy-current sensors (displacement signals).
- Channel 13: Can receive keyphasor or eddy-current sensor signals for phase reference.
IS220PVIBH1A hardware architecture:
- processor board (runs self-tests and loads firmware)
- BAFA board (signal conditioning)
- KAPA board (vibration signal processing).
