Woodward 5466-253 is an analog combo module designed to handle a wide range of input and output signals for a wide range of industrial applications. The module is equipped with four speed sensor inputs, eight analog inputs, four analog outputs, and two proportional actuator drive outputs. The speed sensor inputs support a wide range of sensor types, including magnetic pickup sensors and proximity probe inputs.

All analog inputs have a common-mode rejection capability of 200 Vdc, minimizing the impact of common-mode noise on measurement results. However, when interfacing with non-isolated devices that may exceed 200 Vdc relative to control common, additional precautions

are recommended. A loop isolator is recommended to cut off return current paths that could cause erroneous readings.All current inputs are designed with 200 ohm resistors across the inputs.
