Product Description
Allen-Bradley 1756-PAR2 is a redundant power supply kit for ControlLogix® chassis, the kit supports 85-265V AC wide voltage input (13A) and provides all the power required for ControlLogix I/O modules, controllers, and communication modules.
Function & Features
- Short-term power hold: The 1756-PAR2 has a limited hold time to maintain power for a short period of time when the input line power fluctuates, providing a buffer for the system.
- Orderly shutdown function: When the 1756-PAR2 detects an impending voltage fault, it can send a signal to the modules in the chassis to enable the system to shut down in an orderly manner.
- Optional conformal coating: The 1756-PAR2 offers a conformal coating option to enhance the protection of the power module, such as dust and corrosion.
