Product Description
Honeywell 900RSM-0001 Redundant Switch Module is used in Honeywell ControlEdge HC900 redundant controller rack. The key switch on the module is used to set the active and standby controller modes. It also supports active and standby switching, manages the status and mode switching of the dual CPU redundant system, and mainly indicates the operating status of the current lead and reserve CPUs.
Function & Features
- LED arrow indicators: Green LED clearly identifies the master/slave CPU (e.g., CPU-A or CPU-B is the master).
- Key switch: 3 fixed positions to set the operating mode (e.g., manual/auto switch); 1 momentary position for master/slave switch (momentary trigger to switch control from CPU-A to CPU-B or vice versa). Two keys included.
- For use with racks: 900RSM-0001 can be used with controller racks with local I/O, Scanner 1 rack with remote I/O controller rack for non-redundant systems, and Scanner 2 rack with remote I/O rack for redundant systems.
