ICS Triplex T8449 is a Trusted TMR 24 Vdc valve monitoring module with Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) technology. It provides 20 control outputs and 20 feedback input channels and supports 24V DC field devices. T8449 can analyze valve wear status through travel time trend, and the PST function can extend the valve overhaul period.
Function & Features
- Channel configuration: Each T8449 module contains 20 TMR control output points and 20 TMR feedback input points.
- T8449 diagnostic test: Triple diagnosis, covering current, voltage measurement and stuck fault detection; supports valve partial stroke test.
- Safety protection: T8449 has a 2500V pulse-tolerant optical/electrical isolation barrier, and the channel has automatic overcurrent protection, without the need for external fuses; but it cannot be directly connected to hazardous areas and must be used with intrinsically safe barriers.
