ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier
Product Description
ABB 89AS30 analog signal multiplier is a multifunctional module in industrial automation and control systems for analog signal conversion and multiplication. Its functional features are as follows: in terms of input signal processing, it can accept 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V DC input signals, and the input range is selectable through jumpers; in terms of output signal generation, it can generate three 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA output signals (also selectable by jumpers), and 0-10 V DC output signals; it has electrical isolation characteristics, the input is isolated from the rest of the circuit, and each input is equipped with a 15 V or 24 V DC isolated power supply, which is convenient for powering transmitters and other equipment.
Fuctions & Features
- Input signal processing: The ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier accepts input signals of 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 V DC.Input ranges are selectable via jumpers.
- Output signal generation: The ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier generates three output signals of 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA, individually selectable via jumpers. A 0–10 V DC output signal is also available.
- Electrical isolation: The ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier inputs are electrically isolated from the rest of the circuitry, and an isolated power supply of 15 V or 24 V DC is provided to each input, suitable for powering transmitters and other equipment.
- Module independence: The ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier contains three identical functional units, each capable of independent signal processing. The outputs are separate, allowing multiple simultaneous operation.
- Alarm function: A green LED on the front panel of the ABB 89AS30 Analog Signal Multiplier indicates when the module is ready for operation, providing clear status feedback.
