Product Description
Honeywell CC-TDOB11 is a 24V digital output module. This module belongs to the Series C series of 24V digital output IOTA boards. It is responsible for outputting 24V digital signals to drive external devices (such as relays, solenoid valves, etc.). It also has a unique protection function to deal with field short circuits. When the field short circuit current exceeds 0.5A, the module will trigger a thermal protection alarm.
Function & Features
When a field line short circuit is detected, the CC-TDOB11 module will:
- Immediately shut down the affected output channel.
- Switch the channel to manual mode (Manual), which requires manual reset to recover.
- Generate an Over-current Soft Failure alarm until the fault is eliminated.
Independent channel protection: When a single channel fails, only that channel is affected; if multiple channels have problems at the same time, the CC-TDOB11 module will shut down each faulty channel separately, and the channels that are not short-circuited can work normally.
