Functions and features

• Stack Overflow Detection: The IS200DSPXH1C monitors both the foreground stack (using internal memory) and the back stack (using external SRAM). An overflow in either stack generates an INT0 interrupt. If both stacks overflow simultaneously, a hardware reset is triggered.

• The IS200DSPXH1C functions as a quadrature encoder interface: Five pairs of differential (HIFI) application inputs can be configured as two quadrature incremental tachometer interfaces, driving two 16-bit up/down counters.

• The IS200DSPXH1C functions as a VCO counter or single-channel tachometer interface: The same five pairs of differential inputs can also be used as application-layer voltage-controlled oscillator counters or single-channel tachometer interfaces. Five 16-bit counters increment the input signals.
