Foxboro FBM206 Pulse Input Module
Product Description
Foxboro FBM206 Pulse Input Module is used to receive high-speed pulse signals from devices such as pulse generators that measure machine speed. The FBM206 can receive up to 8 pulse signals with a frequency of up to 25kHz and transmit them to the Foxboro DCS.
The FBM206 has 8 pulse input channels, each of which receives a 2-wire pulse input signal from a sensor. The compatible input devices include vortex flowmeters, turbine flowmeters, solid-state or electromechanical contacts, and other sensors with similar pulse outputs.

- Pulse input: FBM206 supports pulse signal sources such as vortex/turbine flowmeters, solid-state relay contacts, mechanical contacts, etc.
- Pulse frequency: Each input channel of FBM206 can receive pulse input up to 25kHz.
- Programmable: FBM206 executes pulse input application, which can configure parameters such as pulse rate accumulation, resolution (based on module) and instrument scale factor.
