Product Description
GE IS220PSVOH1B servo control module is a dedicated servo interface I/O package for the Mark Vie system,It is an electrical interface and controller used to manage and actuate the servo valves connected to the TSVO servo terminal board.
The IS220PSVOH1B can control the position loops of two independent servovalves (using one or two Ethernet I/O networks (ENet1/ENet2) and the TSVO servo terminal board), thereby providing position control for actuators. Additionally, the IS220PSVOH1B typically operates in conjunction with the WSVO servo drive module.
Function & Features
- Configuration Management: The IS220PSVOH1B is configured and managed using GE's Control System Toolbox (or ToolboxST) application.
- Automatic Reconfiguration: When replacing a module of the same model, the new IS220PSVOH1B module automatically downloads its configuration from the controller (this feature can be enabled or disabled in the software). Manual configuration is also supported, particularly after replacing the termination board (TSVO).
- Servo System Testing: The IS220PSVOH1B provides manual mode for stroking the actuator, position ramping, and step current testing.
