Product Description

The DS200CDBAG1BBB pressure sensor is the most commonly used device in industrial practice, which senses pressure signals and converts them into electrical signals for output. Pressure sensors are usually composed of pressure sensitive components and signal processing units, and are widely used in various industrial self-control scenarios, as well as flow control fields such as gas and liquid filtration and measurement.

In the common working architecture of pressure sensors, the Wheatstone bridge (also known as a single arm bridge) occupies an important position. This type of bridge circuit is composed of four resistors, and the technical architecture is relatively simple but the effect is significant. Its basic composition includes four resistors (R1, R2, R3, Rx), each referred to as the bridge arm of the resistor, connected in a bridge type manner.

Among the four resistors DS200CDBAG1BBB, at least one is a sensitive test resistor, and the rest are comparative resistors with known resistance values. As shown in the figure below, when the bridge is balanced, i.e. the product of the resistances of the two opposite bridge arms is equal (R2 · R3=R1 · Rx), there is no voltage output at this time. If any resistance changes, the bridge will become unbalanced and produce an output voltage. By establishing a deterministic relationship between the resistance value of the test resistor and the comparison resistor, we can accurately determine the resistance value of the test resistor in the bridge.
