GE DS200TBQAG1A (DS200TBQAG1ABB) is a Mark V series thermocouple termination module. This module does not directly process signals, but rather serves as a signal distribution hub, connecting and managing the numerous thermocouple signals from various locations within a gas turbine.
The module communicates with downstream boards via multiple dedicated connectors, each transmitting a strictly defined signal group and cold junction compensation signal.

- Thermocouple Signal Management: The DS200TBQAG1A (DS200TBQAG1ABB) provides physical terminal blocks for up to 45 (in the R1 rack) or 42 (in the R5 rack) thermocouple sensors.
- Signal Distribution: Instead of centrally processing all signals, the DS200TBQAG1A (DS200TBQAG1ABB) distributes aggregated thermocouple signals in groups to different signal processing boards.
- Cold Junction Compensation: The DS200TBQAG1A (DS200TBQAG1ABB) measures the temperature difference between the terminal and the wiring (cold junction) and features independent solid-state cold junction compensation circuitry for each group of 14 or 15 thermocouple signals.
