Product Description
GE IC695PSA040 is a 40-watt universal backplane power supply for the PACSystems RX3i series. It primarily provides power to the RX3i system's modules, enabling the CPU to detect power loss or log related fault codes.
Note: Inadvertent installation of the IC695PSA040C and earlier in the same backplane as other RX3i power supplies may cause damage.
If the required number of modules exceeds the capacity of this power supply, additional modules must be installed in an expansion or remote backplane, or a power supply that supports capacity expansion must be used.
Function & Features
- High-voltage protection: When using the IC695PSA040, the power cover must be closed (risk of electric shock when operating at 120/240V AC). Wires must be inserted until the insulation stops.
- Anti-interoperability: Do not use the same backplane with older IC695PSA040C and earlier models.
- Wiring specifications: Each terminal accepts AWG 14 to AWG 22 wires. Wire stripping lengths must be at least 3/8 inch (9 mm) and no more than 11 mm (0.433 inches). The insulation must contact the insulation stop inside the terminal.
