General Electric IC670MDL241 Discrete Input Module
Item Number: IC670MDL241
Brand: GE
Lead Time: In stock
Description: Discrete Input Module
Payment: T/T
Product Description
GE IC670MDL241 is a discrete input module, mainly used to collect AC voltage signals and convert them into digital signals that can be recognized by PLC. The module provides two sets of independently isolated 8-channel discrete inputs, a total of 16 input channels. The module input can respond to voltage levels from 0 VAC to 265 VAC. The module's own power supply is provided by the bus interface unit, and each isolated input device group requires a separate external 240VAC power supply.
Function & Features
- Status indication: IC670MDL241 has LEDs on each logic side visible through the transparent top of the module, indicating the on/off status of each input, and a PWR LED to show whether field and backplane power is present.
- Data buffering and conversion: The data of the 16 inputs are placed in the data buffer. The IC670MDL241 module circuit LEDs can display the current status of the 16 inputs in the data buffer, and the input data in the data buffer is converted to the serial format required by the bus interface unit through the parallel-to-serial converter.
- Intelligent processing coordination: The intelligent processing of the IC670MDL241 module is performed by the bus interface unit or other parts of the system, including functions such as input default value configuration and fault reporting. The bus interface unit is required to provide input data to the host and/or local processor.
