GE DS200TCPSG1A is a DC power supply board for the GE Mark V system. It is responsible for converting the 125 VDC input power into multiple voltage outputs to power components such as servo valves, RTDs (thermal resistors), analog outputs, and microprocessors.

This board is used in the R core and four I/O cores (R1/R2/R3/R5) of the GE drive system.

Function & Features

  • Voltage conversion: DS200TCPSG1A can convert 125 VDC input to +5 VDC, +24 VDC, ±15 VDC, ±24 VDC and other outputs.
  • Hardware configuration: DS200TCPSG1A is equipped with three fuses, 16-pin and 9-pin connectors, and multiple test points are reserved.
  • Connectors: J1 (receives 125 VDC input from TCPD board), 2PL (distributes power to other boards in daisy chain form), JC (provides power for TCQC/TCCA boards).
  • Power-off operation: Before replacing fuses or boards, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the drive and verify that there is no power.
