Product Description
GE IC697CPX772 is a single slot PLC CPU module suitable for controlling machines, processes and material handling systems. It communicates with I/O modules and intelligent option modules through a rack-mounted backplane (complying with the VME C.1 standard) and supports a variety of programming software (based on MS-DOS or Windows systems) for programming and configuration.
Function & Features
Hardware Configuration:
The IC697CPX772 uses a 96 MHz 80486DX4 microprocessor with a Boolean function processing speed of 0.4 microseconds/time. It is equipped with 512KB of RAM memory with battery backup and 256KB of user flash memory, and has a built-in calendar clock with battery backup.
I/O Support:
Supports 2000 input/output points (any combination) and up to 8000 analog I/O points.
Supports IC66 (IC660 or IC661) and IC697 series I/O modules.
Communications and Programming:
The IC697CPX772 has 3 serial ports and supports programming through Ethernet TCP/IP or SNP ports using MS-DOS-based software or Windows software running on Windows 95/NT.
