General Electric DS200DDTBG2ABB LCI Auxiliary I/O Terminal Board
Item Number:DS200DDTBG2ABB
Brand:GE
Lead Time: In stock
Description:LCI Auxiliary I/O Terminal Board
Payment: T/T
Product Description
DS200DDTBG2ABB is part of the General Electric (GE) Speedtronic Mark V LM series gas turbine control system and is designed to connect auxiliary I/O signals. The terminal block is mainly used to provide signal conditioning, scaling, buffering and isolation so that signals with harsh environmental conditions can be processed digitally with the DSPC (Digital Signal Processor Control Board).
The terminal block connects to the DS200ADMA (Analog to Digital Module) daughter board through high-density connectors and ribbon cables. The ADMA provides power to the DDTB. It contains multiple input and output interfaces for connecting high voltage, low voltage, and current signals.
Fuctions & Features
- Signal Conditioning and Isolation: The terminal board conditions the signal for digital processing via the DSPC (Digital Signal Processor Control Board). It helps isolate, scale, buffer, and filter input and output signals.
- High Voltage AC Input: Converts high voltage AC input (up to 693 V RMS) to ±5V peak-to-peak signals. Has transient voltage protection and can withstand peaks up to 1000 V.
- High Current Signal Input: Supports current sensing resistors for inputs such as current transformers (CTs) with a maximum continuous current of ±5 amps. Differentially buffered with a common-mode voltage tolerance of up to ±12 V. Includes filtering and surge protection.
- Low Current Signal Input: LEM current sensor signal input (continuous current of ±0.224 amps). Also has differential buffering and surge protection, and can handle a common-mode voltage of ±12 V.
- Analog Voltage Output: Provides four buffered ±10V analog outputs, each with a 200 ohm series resistor for isolation. Output range is from ±5V input to ±10V.
- 4-20 mA Current Output: Two current source buffered outputs are provided for 4-20 mA current loop signals. Current outputs can be used simultaneously with voltage outputs. Has inverting and gain stages to provide a 4 mA to 20 mA range based on input voltage.
Specifications
- Number of Channels: 12
- Supply Voltage: 28 V DC (with a voltage range of 14-32 V DC)
- Operating Temperature Range: -30°C to 65°C
- Signal Isolation: High voltage protection, differential buffering, and surge protection for input and output channels.
