Emerson KJ3222X1-BA1 is an 8-channel 4-20 mA HART II series redundant card suitable for industrial process control and monitoring. It uses 4 - 20 mA current loop as the signal transmission mode. The sensor or transmitter acts as a current source and outputs the corresponding current signal according to the change of the measured physical quantity. The module has 8 channels and can be connected to various signal sources. It uses hardware backup, and each input channel is equipped with an independent backup channel. The circuit design of the two is independent of each other, and the functions are the same. Both can receive and process input signals from the same signal source.

• Working mechanism of current loop: Emerson KJ3222X1-BA1 module adopts 4 - 20 mA current loop as signal transmission mode.
