Product Description
RDCU-12C is the control board for ABB's 800 wind turbine inverter. It uses a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor, built-in 128MB RAM and 256MB Flash storage, and is used in industrial automation and process control systems. It can be powered through connector X34, and the power supply can come from the power board of the inverter (or IGBT power supply) module (the maximum current does not exceed 1A), or from an external 24V DC power supply. Its current consumption depends on the optional modules connected.

Fuctions & Features
- Acquisition and processing: RDCU-12C can acquire and process analog input signals, including two programmable differential current inputs (0mA/4mA…20mA) and one programmable differential voltage input (-10V/0V/2V…+10V), and the analog inputs are electrically isolated as a group.
- Control function: RDCU-12C supports multiple control languages, such as function code, C language, Basic Batch90, Ladder, etc., and can be used for multi-loop control, sequential control, batch control, optimization control, etc. It also supports Harmony Block and Rack I/O systems.
- Fiber connection function: RDCU-12C realizes fiber connection with inverter/IGBT power supply module by connecting the PPCS link of the AINT (ACS 800 series module) board of the inverter (or IGBT power supply) module to the fiber optic connectors V57 and V68 of RDCU.
