The FC-RUSIO-3224 is a 32-channel universal safety I/O module for Honeywell Safety Manager (Safety Management System). Its channel functionality is configurable in Safety Builder. It complies with IEC 61508/61511 standards and can be used in safety-related applications up to SIL 3.
The FC-RUSIO-3224 requires two modules for redundant configuration and supports two 100Mbaud Ethernet links to communicate with the Safety Manager controller. It utilizes Honeywell's patented C-Series design housing and must be mounted on an IO Terminal Assembly (IOTA).
