General Electric IS200ERIOH1A Exciter Regulator I/O Board

GE IS200ERIOH1A Exciter Regulator I/O Board is an input/output interface board that provides system-level and customer-defined input/output signal interfaces for regulator control systems (including simplex and redundant configurations).

The IS200ERIOH1A board acquires data and stores it in dynamic memory (DPM) via its built-in field-programmable gate array (FPGA) for use by the control system. In simplex systems, it also interfaces with other boards, such as output boards and signal conditioning boards.

Function & Features

Double-width:

The IS200ERIOH1A features a double-width front panel, allowing it to occupy two slots in the rack.

Installation and Configuration:

A simplex system requires only one of these cards, installed in the base processor board position.

A redundant system requires three of these cards, installed in the redundant register board, redundant register board-backup, and primary base processor board positions.

Interfaces and Connectors:

The front panel features a toggle switch, and the rear edge of the card has two backplane connectors (P1 and P2).
