DS200TCCAG1A is a general analog I/O board in the GE Mark V series gas turbine control system. It is mainly used to collect and process various analog signals and communicate with other control modules. DS200TCCAG1A adopts a thermal management mechanism.

The air flows through the heating components and is heated and discharged. Therefore, when installing DS200TCCAG1A, sufficient space must be reserved to ensure free air circulation and reasonable layout to prevent local overheating. This board is used to monitor key parameters such as temperature, current, and voltage, and is suitable for occasions where analog signal processing is required.

Fuctions & Features

Signal processing functions

• RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) input for high-precision temperature monitoring.

• Thermocouple input for high-temperature measurements.

• Shaft voltage & shaft current monitoring: used to detect the electrical status of turbomachinery.

Installation and heat dissipation

• Wall-mounted installation: The drive must be mounted on the wall. Heat-generating equipment is prohibited on the back to avoid affecting heat dissipation.

• Airflow optimization: Air inlet at the bottom → air outlet at the top to form natural convection heat dissipation.

• Cable management: Avoid wire harnesses blocking the air duct or clogging the vents to ensure smooth airflow.

Connection and Communication

• Terminal Board Interface: DS200TCCAG1A connects to CTBA, TBQA, TBCA etc. terminal boards (located in "R5" core) to receive analog signals.

• Communication: DS200TCCAG1A transmits signals to STCA board via 3PL connector.
