Temperature Input Channel Support: The Honeywell CC-PAIM01 Low-Level Analog Mux Module supports up to 64 temperature input channels. The low-level inputs use the Honeywell PMIO LLMUX FTA (Field Wiring Terminal Blocks), with each FTA supporting 16 channels.
Input Type Support: Two types of LLMUX FTAs are available for use with the Honeywell CC-PAIM01 Low-Level Analog Mux Module. One provides 16 resistance temperature detector (RTD) inputs; the other provides 16 thermocouple (TC) or millivolt (MV) inputs. Any combination of FTAs can be used to provide the desired combination of thermocouple, millivolt, or RTD measurement points.
Temperature Data Acquisition: The LLMUX for temperature inputs supports the existing solid-state PMIO LLMUX FTA, capable of acquiring temperature variables for RTD and thermocouple (TC) inputs. Temperature data is collected from all measurement points at a rate of 1 per second, and each update includes a configurable open thermocouple detection (OTD) check before propagating the temperature variable.
Cold Junction Compensation: All thermocouple inputs of the Honeywell CC-PAIM01 Low-Level Analog Mux Module are compensated using a cold junction compensation (CJT) device.
