Product Description
IC694ALG221 is a 4-channel analog current input module for GE RX3i PacSystems, with two input ranges of 4 to 20mA (default) and 0 to 20mA, which can be installed in any I/O slot of the RX3i system. IC694ALG221 can be set by two range jumpers equipped with the module, one jumper for channels 1 and 2, and the other for channels 3 and 4.

- Fast conversion speed: The conversion speed of IC694ALG221 is 0.5 milliseconds for all four channels, and the update rate for each channel is 2 milliseconds.
- Fixed resolution: The resolution of the converted signal is 12 bits of binary, or 1/4096, in both input ranges.
- Grounding requirements: To reduce noise and capacitance problems, IC694ALG221 requires the use of a high-quality, stranded, shielded instrument cable to connect the module to ground, with the shield connected to either COM or GND.
