Product Description

GE DS200TBCBG1A (DS200TBCBG1AAA, DS200TBQBG1ACB) is an RTD (Resistor Temperature Device) and 4-20mA signal input terminal block (TBCB) in the Speedtronic Mark V series. Located in slot 7 of the R5 core, this module receives RTD temperature signals and analog signals from sensors and transmits them to the TCCB board for processing.

Note: The DCOM signal (BJ1-BJ22) must be connected correctly, otherwise the signal cannot be transmitted.

Function & Features

  • Software-Free Configuration: All settings for the DS200TBCBG1A (DS200TBCBG1AAA, DS200TBQBG1ACB) are made via physical jumpers (BJ1-BJ30); no programming is required.
  • Examples of jumper functions: BJ1-BJ22 are used for DCOM signal connections (must be configured), and BJ23-BJ30 convert the 4-20mA signals on channels 15-22 to 0-1mA.
  • Mounting Location: The DS200TBCBG1A (DS200TBCBG1AAA, DS200TBQBG1ACB) is located in the I/O control segment of the Mark V control cabinet (four segments, nine slots each). It is typically installed in the lower large slot (the upper slot houses the five miniature boards).
