Bently Nevada 82926-01 XDCR I/O recorder is a dedicated component for vibration monitoring and machine condition assessment in industrial monitoring systems. It has multiple input and output channels, which can integrate various sensors and transmitters to comprehensively monitor different parameters of multiple machines; it can be used in conjunction with the Bently Nevada monitoring system and has signal conditioning functions. It can accept one or two proximity probe signal inputs with an input impedance of 10 kΩ.

Function & Features

  • Thrust bearing fault warning: 82926-01 works with the 3300/20 dual thrust position monitoring system to continuously monitor the axial position of the shaft system and identify thrust bearing abnormalities (such as wear, clearance changes, etc.) in advance.
  • Dual-channel independent monitoring: 82926-01 supports two independent channels working simultaneously, which can measure the axial displacement of different positions of the shaft system respectively, or redundantly monitor the same position.
  • Shaft axial position measurement: 82926-01 collects shaft axial position data through an axial probe (directly observes the thrust plate under ideal conditions) to reflect the position change of the thrust plate relative to the thrust bearing clearance.
