Product Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/44 Velocity Monitor is a four-channel machinery protection and condition-monitoring module designed for use within the 3500 Series rack system. It is engineered to continuously measure and monitor casing velocity or absolute shaft vibration signals from seismic transducers such as Velomitor sensors or accelerometers.
The 3500/44 processes vibration data in real time, comparing measured amplitudes against configured Alert and Danger thresholds to provide both protection and diagnostic outputs. Each pair of channels can be independently configured to perform different measurement functions, allowing a single module to support multiple monitoring applications within one rack slot.
This module is widely used in rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, motors, and pumps where precise vibration monitoring is required for reliability, safety, and predictive maintenance.
