Product Description

The Bently Nevada 330100-50-00 Proximitor® Sensor is a core component of the Bently Nevada 3300 Proximity Transducer System. This sensor, when used with the 3300 XL 8 mm or 3300 5 mm probes and 3300 XL extension cables, provides an output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. The system is widely used for vibration and position measurement applications on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as for Keyphasor® and speed measurement applications. The 330100-50-00 Proximitor® Sensor is known for its high precision, stability, and wide temperature adaptability, making it an ideal choice for industrial equipment monitoring and protection.

Key Features

  • High Precision Measurement: Provides an accurate voltage output proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target surface, suitable for both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements.
  • Temperature Stability: The sensor output remains stable over a temperature range of -51°C to +100°C, ensuring reliable performance in various environmental conditions.
  • Full Interchangeability: All components of the 3300 series (probes, extension cables, and Proximitor® Sensor) are fully interchangeable without the need for individual component matching or bench calibration, simplifying installation and maintenance.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Design: Features gold-plated brass ClickLoc™ connectors with excellent corrosion resistance, and easy installation without special tools.
  • Multiple Certifications: Complies with European CE certification and has hazardous area approvals from CSA/NRTLIC and BASEEFA/CENELEC, making it suitable for various industrial environments.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Probes and extension cables can operate in extreme temperatures from -51°C to +177°C, suitable for harsh environments.
