Configuration UR6DH  is a general term for software used to monitor industrial control or computer design software used to create touch screen monitoring of industrial control. It is translated as SCADA, which means data acquisition and monitoring control. Configuration software has a wide range of applications, including data acquisition, monitoring and control, as well as process control in various fields such as power systems, water supply systems, petroleum, and chemical engineering. It is also known as a remote control system in the power system and electrified railways. Real time databases, real-time control, SCADA, communication and networking, open data interfaces, and extensive support for I/O devices have become its main contents. Mechanical equipment monitors, controls, and manages automation equipment or processes through computer signals combined with Xinyangbang DTU wireless communication.

Using UR6DH  and RS485 (or RS422) interfaces, it can directly connect to serial devices, and KingView supports the standard modbus protocol. Define IO devices and GPRS – virtual serial port devices. Xinyangbang DTU can set a device ID and SIM number as communication identifiers. When creating a virtual serial port in the force control software, there is a terminal ID number that needs to be consistent with the SIM number set by DTU.

The UR6DH  configuration process between 4G DTU and configuration software is divided into three parts: DTU configuration, lower computer configuration, and landscape configuration. Remote control establishes a connection with DTU through wireless network, enabling real-time connection between configuration software and machine equipment, achieving remote control. DTU uses cellular networks for data transmission, which is a physical data line formed through wireless 2G/3G networks. DTU can only transmit data and cannot collect variables. At this point, it is necessary to use PLC for processing. PLC is a device that collects and controls variables.
