Triple redundant backup: Provides triple redundant backup on critical controls, typically occurring within the control module, which is connected to the HMI/operator interface, allowing users to access system data, alarm status, and maintenance tools.

Thermocouple compatibility: accepts E, J, K, S, and T type thermocouples, which can be grounded or ungrounded. The thermocouple can be up to 300 meters away from the control cabinet.

Electrical parameters: The maximum bidirectional cable resistance is 450 Ω. Thermocouples considered to have exceeded hardware limits are removed from the scanning input to prevent data from affecting other inputs.

Connectors and components: have two backboards (P1 and P2) and four other connectors. There are inductive coils or magnetic beads (L1 to L19) on the circuit board, as well as TP test points, diodes, resistors, and capacitors.

Integrated circuits: including Xilinx Spartan XCS330 FPGA, IDT S35J dual port SRAM chip, DSP TMS320C32PCMA50 digital serial processor, and IDT S15Y CMOS static RAM chip.
