Product Description
TQ412 111-412-000-013 A1-B1-E010-F0-G000-H05 is a non-contact proximity sensor. It is a calibrated proximity measurement system based on TQ402/TQ412 non-contact sensor and IQS900 signal conditioner. It is used to measure the distance between the sensor probe and the metal target (such as mechanical shaft) and output a voltage or current signal proportional to the distance. The system components are interchangeable and suitable for relative vibration and axial position monitoring of rotating machinery (such as steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, etc.).
Function & Features
- The probe has an integrated coil, molded with Torlon® (polyamide-imide), and a stainless steel housing.
- The TQ412 is designed for reverse mounting applications and supports metric or imperial thread mounting.
- The TQ412 comes standard with an internal coaxial cable, terminated in a self-locking micro coaxial connector, and can be customized with different lengths of internal cable or extension cable.
- The target material of the TQ412 must be metal, and the gap is detected by electromagnetic induction.
