Product Description
The VSV301 600-034 monitoring module is a distributed monitoring system (DMS) module. It must be used in conjunction with the VSB300 terminal base to form a complete monitoring unit. This module distributes processing power close to the machine, directly processing raw sensor signals. It is primarily used for condition monitoring and data processing of rotating machinery.
As one of two versions in the VSV30x series, its core differences from the VSV300 lie in dynamic channel output, phase measurement, and operating temperature; all other functions are identical.
Function & Features
- Specialized Data Extraction: The VSV301 600-034 supports spectrum band extraction (locating vibration characteristics in key frequency ranges) and advanced FFT (Fast Fourier Transform, analyzing signal frequency composition).
- Trend and Limit Management: Supports trend tracking of key parameters such as vibration, and allows preset alarm thresholds and sensor OK criteria.
- Logic Functions and Relay Drives: The VSV301 600-034 includes four basic logic functions and two advanced logic functions, combining local alarm signals with device status information to drive module relays and perform protection actions.
- Cross-Module Signal Interaction: The VSV301 600-034 module's local status information and logic function outputs can be used as basic logic inputs for the VSI010 communication interface module within the same measurement unit, enabling coordinated control of multiple modules.
