Product Description
Bently Nevada 3500/33 149986-01 Spare 16-Channel Relay Control Module is a full-height module with 16 relay outputs. An unlimited number of modules can be placed in any slot to the right of the Transient Data Interface (TDI) module and can communicate with other modules in the 3500 rack and is programmed using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software. Each relay contains alarm drive logic that can implement complex alarm control strategies based on multiple input conditions to accurately respond to abnormal conditions in equipment operation. Intuitive status indication, the module status is displayed through the LED lights on the front panel, and the OK LED lights up when the module is operating normally
Fuctions & Features
- Programming Control: Each output of the 3500/33 149986-01 module can be independently programmed to perform voting logic. Alarm drive logic programming uses AND and OR logic, and is programmed based on alarm inputs (alarm and dangerous conditions), abnormal (Not - OK) conditions, and single measured variables of any monitoring channel or any combination of monitoring channels in the rack.
- Alarm drive logic: Each relay in the 3500/33 149986-01 module contains alarm drive logic, which can implement complex alarm control strategies based on multiple input conditions to accurately respond to abnormal conditions during equipment operation.
- Status indication: The 3500/33 149986-01 module intuitively displays the module status through the LED lights on the front panel. The OK LED lights up when the module is operating normally; the TX/RX LED lights flash when the module communicates with other modules in the 3500 rack; the CH Alarm LED lights up when the relay channel is in alarm state, allowing operators to grasp the module's working status in real time.
