General Electric DS200TCTGG1AEE Turbine Trip Board
Product Description
GE DS200TCTGG1AEE is a Mark V series turbine trip board that controls the turbine's fuel shutoff valve and is installed in slot 4 of the system's core rack. It protects the turbine through a PTR/ETR dual relay system, two-thirds ETR hardware voting, and hard-wired manual tripping.
Note:Static electricity and misplacing the 50-pin ribbon cable are common risks. Always disconnect the power cord and carefully label the cables before replacing the board.
Function & Features
- Trip Relay System: The DS200TCTGG1AEE provides fail-safe fuel valve control via two independent trip relays: a main trip relay (PTR) and an emergency trip relay (ETR).
- Hardwired Manual Trip Circuit: The DS200TCTGG1AEE provides a final safety barrier not controlled by software. Normally closed contact inputs, such as the emergency stop button, can directly de-energize the PTR and ETR relays, forcing a trip.
- Generator Breaker Closing Control: The DS200TCTGG1AEE is responsible for ensuring the generator breaker is closed safely. It receives the automatic synchronization signal from the TCEA board and the synchronization check signal from the STCA board, and performs a two-thirds vote.
