GE DS200TCTGG1A is a turbine trip board (TCTG) developed by GE, which is mainly used to control the fuel shut-off valve of the turbine, usually installed in the core position 4.This trip board provides two different types of trip relays to ensure the safe shutdown function of the fuel valve, including the main trip relay (PTRs) and the emergency trip relay (ETRs).
Fuctions & Features
- Safety Trip Function: The GE DS200TCTGG1A board provides two trip relays, the Main Trip Relay (PTRs) and the Emergency Trip Relay (ETRs), to ensure the safe shutoff function of the fuel valve.
- Hardwire Trip Function: The hardwire trip button of the GE DS200TCTGG1A can cut off the 24V DC power supply, stopping the PTR and ETR relays from working, thereby initiating the trip.
- Synchronization Function: The GE DS200TCTGG1A board also contains synchronization relays. There are 21 plug-in relays on the board
- Connector Configuration: The GE DS200TCTGG1A has two 12-pin connectors, marked JN and JM, and three 50-pin connectors, marked JLY, JLX, and JLZ. The 50-pin connectors are usually connected via ribbon cables.
