GE DS200PTCTG1B/DS200PTCTG1BAA is a Potential and Current Transformer Board used in excitation control systems. This board receives high-voltage, high-current signals from voltage transformers and current transformers and scales them down to low-level signals within the control system.
Function & Features
- Voltage Input: The DS200PTCTG1B/DS200PTCTG1BAA supports multiple three-phase CT voltage signal inputs, including one input for line-side voltage.
- Current Input: The DS200PTCTG1B/DS200PTCTG1BAA supports one three-phase CT current signal from the generator stator. The regulator only requires the A and C phase currents; the B phase current input is not used.
- Input Requirements: Voltage input requires a secondary current input of at least 5 A. Software modifications are available for secondary inputs as low as 3 A nominal. Each current step requires less than 1 VA.
