Product Description
GE IS200TRTDH1C is an Input Terminal Board that interfaces with 16 three-wire RTD temperature sensors. It receives analog signals from the sensors and, through its circuitry and associated I/O processor, converts these signals into digital temperature values, which are ultimately transmitted to the main controller. This board can monitor key temperature parameters such as bearing temperature and gas temperature.

- RTD Input Channels: The IS200TRTDH1C features 16 onboard three-wire RTD input interfaces, supporting simultaneous connection of 16 RTD temperature sensors.
- Excitation and Signal Conversion: The IS200TRTDH1C provides multiplexed DC excitation currents for each RTD.
- Range Management: The IS200TRTDH1C software supports signal linearization for 15 selected RTD types, identifying RTD faults through "over-range measurements".
- Installation Requirements: Wires from the 16 RTDs must be connected directly to the two terminal blocks on the terminal board. The maximum distance between the RTDs and the control cabinet is 300 meters.
