GE DS200LDCCH1A is a drive control/LAN communication board for General Electric's Mark Vie and DIRECTO-MATIC 2000 families of drives. This board provides three major functions: drive and motor control, input/output signal processing, and LAN communication management.
It is equipped with four microprocessors: the Drive Control Processor (DCP), the Motor Control Processor (MCP), the Co-Motor Processor (CMP), and the LAN Control Processor (LCP). It is mainly used for excitation systems and large drive control.

- Microprocessor Control: The DS200LDCCH1A uses a microprocessor to process and control customer I/O, drive, and motor functions. The DCP filters digital and analog I/O, the MCP provides initial processing for digital I/O communications, the CMP provides supplemental processing when the MCP's processing power is insufficient, and the LCP filters LAN inputs to the drive.
