General Electric IC694ALG392 Analog Output Module
Product Description
GE IC694ALG392 is an 8-channel analog current/voltage output module for PACSystems RX3i PLC system. The module supports single-ended output, and each channel can be independently configured as current loop (4-20mA / 0-20mA) or voltage (0-10V / ±10V) output.
The module uses 15~16-bit high-precision DAC (digital-to-analog conversion), and all channels are updated every 12ms. The module supports open wire fault detection and can be configured to keep the last output value or return to zero when the power is interrupted.
Functions and features
- Channels and Output Ranges: 8 single-ended output channels, each channel can be set to any range of 0 to +10V (unipolar), -10 to +10V (bipolar), 0 to 20mA, 4 to 20mA through configuration software.
- Conversion and Update: Each channel can convert 15-16 bits (depending on the selected range) of binary data to analog output, and all 8 channels are updated every 12 milliseconds.
- Fault and State Maintenance: In current mode, the IC694ALG392 module will report the wire break fault of each channel to the CPU; when the system power is interrupted, the module can enter the last known state; as long as the module is connected to external power, each output will maintain the last value or reset to zero as configured.
